Questions and answers
Is Zabuni Radar free?
Searching and reading tenders is free. You pay only for email alerts, listing your own tender, featuring it, listing credits and the data tools on the top plan. See the pricing page.
Where do the tenders come from?
From public portals and the websites of the organisations that publish them. Every tender links back to its original publisher. Always confirm details and the deadline at the source before you bid.
Are you the government or a procuring entity?
No. We are an independent finder. We do not take bids, evaluate them or award tenders.
How do email alerts work?
Choose your counties and categories, confirm your email, then pay for a plan. You get a daily email of new matching tenders and a reminder when a matching tender is about to close. Plans last 30 days and do not renew by themselves.
Can I try alerts cheaply first?
Yes. A 7-day trial covers up to 2 counties and 3 categories, once per email address. Start it from the alerts page.
How do I pay?
By M-Pesa or card through our payment provider. We never see your card number or M-Pesa PIN.
I paid but nothing happened.
Wait a few minutes: confirmations can lag. Pending payments are also checked automatically. If it is still not working, contact us with the email you paid with, the amount and when. See the refund policy.
How do I list my own tender?
Use List a tender, fill in the details and pay the listing fee. A moderator reviews it before it appears. If we cannot publish it, the fee is refunded. To list many at once, use the multi-tender form or buy listing credits.
Can I publish who won my tender?
Yes. After a listing closes, open your private listing page and publish the award. It shows on the tender page and on the awards page.
Do you sell my email address?
No. We use it only for what you signed up for. See the privacy notice.
